What we collect
When you send a quote request we process the data you type into the form: name, work e-mail, quantity, requirement text, and, if you provide them, company, country, telephone, target market, preferred reply channel, the page you sent from, and any file you attach.
The form also records the language of the page and a spam-prevention token. We do not run marketing cookies or a newsletter.
Why we process it
We use the data to answer your request, send a confirmation, prepare an FOB quote and, if we do business, to perform the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We also keep a record of inquiries for a limited time so we can follow up and detect abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives the data
Sales engineers at YiWu Fengmu E-commercial Firm read the request. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Transactional e-mail is sent through Resend. Internal alerts may be posted to our WeCom (WeChat Work) group. We do not sell contact lists or share them with unrelated third parties.
Transfers outside the EEA
The controller is established in China. Cloudflare and Resend process data in the United States and other countries. Sending a quote request therefore involves a transfer of personal data to China and, depending on the processor, to the United States. We rely on the necessity of the transfer to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)) and, where processors offer them, their standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, or longer if a contract, claim or legal obligation requires it. Confirmation e-mails exist in the recipient mailbox according to that mailbox’s retention.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to sales@jackmaker.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU/EEA member state (in Germany, typically the authority of the Land where you live).

Cookies and spam protection
This site does not set advertising cookies. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the quote form, Cloudflare processes a short-lived token to tell humans from bots. Essential hosting cookies from Cloudflare may be set for security and performance.
