JackMaker manufactures hydraulic bottle jacks from 2 to 200 tons for auto-parts distributors, workshop-equipment dealers and private-label tool brands in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Every vertical jack leaves our Haiyan factory after a 100% pressure test; the range is TÜV GS and CE certified and has been exported to the USA and Germany for decades.
Four colour series (blue, red, green, silver) plus two-stage and welded builds
Retail-ready blow-moulded case version for hardware and automotive chains
GS-certified models available for the German and EU market
Industrial 50–200 ton units for machinery moving and rail
The hydraulic bottle jacks range by construction, capacity and the buyers each type suits.
| Type | Capacity | What is different | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard bottle jack | 2–50 T | Single-stage ram, screw extension, 4 colour series (T204 / T202 / T205 / T203) | Distributors, tool brands, workshop dealers |
| Two-stage bottle jack | 2–50 T | Telescopic ram gives more lift from the same collapsed height | Trucks, 4×4, rental fleets |
| Welded bottle jack | 2–50 T | Welded cylinder-to-base joint instead of threaded – no loosening, fewer leaks | Heavy-duty, rental, mining |
| Bottle jack in blow case | 2–32 T | Blow-moulded carry case with printed insert, hang-hole | Retail chains, e-commerce, gift sets |
| Industrial bottle jack | 50–200 T | Large-diameter ram, reinforced base, carrying handles | Machinery movers, rail, construction, shipyards |
Heights in millimetres and inches. Full variant tables (colour series, blow case, 20' loading) are on each model page.
Each sub-range has its own model list, FAQ and quote form.
Two-stage bottle jacks use a telescopic ram: the first stage lifts quickly under light load, the second stage takes over at rated load. Compared with a standard jack of the same collapsed height they deliver considerably more hydraulic lift, which is why truck, bus and 4×4 dealers specify them.
See modelsIn a welded bottle jack the cylinder is welded to the base instead of threaded into it. There is no joint to work loose after years of vibration and side loading, so these "s" series units are the specification for equipment rental, mining and heavy-transport workshops.
See modelsThe blow-case version packs a standard bottle jack, handle and instructions in a rigid blow-moulded case with a printed insert and hang-hole. It is the format hardware chains and online marketplaces prefer: it stacks on a shelf, survives parcel shipping and carries your brand on every face.

The details importers check first when they sample hydraulic bottle jacks.
Factory-set to open just above rated load, so an operator cannot over-pressurise the cylinder. Fewer field failures and fewer claims for your after-sales team.
The base plate is stamped from thick steel and the serrated saddle is forged, not cast – the two parts that decide whether a jack survives a rental fleet.
Consistent bore finish and a hard-chrome ram keep the Y-seal tight. The result is a jack that holds load overnight without creeping.
A threaded extension screw adds adjustable height on top of the hydraulic lift (exact figures in each model table), so one model covers more vehicles and fewer SKUs sit on your shelf.
Blue, red, green and silver are stock colours; any RAL colour can be matched on our own line, with the same coating thickness batch after batch.
Rating labels and manuals printed to your artwork in GS/CE or ASME PASE layouts. Colour box, brown box or blow case – all packed in our own packing hall.
The questions our sales engineers ask before they quote.
2–4 ton units cover passenger cars and SUVs; 6–12 ton for vans, pickups and light trucks; 20–32 ton for trucks, buses and agricultural machinery; 50–200 ton for industrial loads. Most distributors stock 2, 4, 6, 10, 12, 20 and 32 ton as the core range.
A bottle jack needs to slide under the lifting point at its collapsed height. Lower-capacity models have the lowest collapsed height and suit modern cars; higher-capacity units are taller and are meant for trucks and equipment. Compare the minimum-height column in the model tables against the ground clearance of the vehicles your customers service.
Standard is the volume seller. Two-stage delivers noticeably more hydraulic lift from a similar collapsed height, useful for 4×4 and trucks. Welded construction is the choice for rental fleets and mining sites where a threaded cylinder base could loosen.
German and EU distributors ask for the TÜV GS mark and EN 1494 compliance. North American buyers expect ASME PASE-style labelling and manuals. Tell us the target market and we build and label the version you need.
Blow-moulded cases and colour boxes with hang-holes sell in hardware chains and online; plain brown boxes with a printed label are cheaper and faster for workshop supply. Mixed packaging in one container is fine.
Mixed containers across tonnages, brown-box or retail packaging, repeat orders on a schedule.
Your colour, logo, manual and colour box. We have produced for US and German brands since the 1990s.
Garage, tyre-shop and fleet-maintenance customers who need GS/CE documentation and spare-part support.
Welded, heavy-duty variants that survive being thrown in a van every day.
Toe jacks, screw jacks and 50–200 ton bottle jacks for machinery moving, track work and construction.
Factory, not trading company: we machine, assemble, coat, test and pack every jack in our own plant in Haiyan.
Every option below is produced in-house. Minimums are per model unless stated; artwork approval and a pre-production sample come before mass production.
Tested before it ships – inspection points from incoming steel to the packed carton.
A test report accompanies each shipment on request. Certificate PDFs and covered-model lists are on the certifications page; the full test routine is described under quality control.

The four series share the same hydraulic unit and rated capacities; they differ in colour, saddle and screw design details and in the packaging they are usually sold with. Distributors typically pick one series as their house range and add a second colour for a private label.
