JackMaker builds hydraulic floor jacks – trolley jacks to UK and Australian buyers – for auto-parts distributors, workshop-equipment dealers and private-label tool brands. The range runs from 1.5 ton aluminium racing jacks and 2–4 ton low-profile garage jacks to 5–20 ton long-chassis jacks for truck fleets, all produced and pressure-tested in our own factory in Haiyan, China, and CE certified for the European market.
Single-pump and dual-pump (rapid lift) hydraulics
Steel, aluminium and hybrid steel/aluminium frames
Low-profile models for sports cars and lowered vehicles
5–20 ton long-chassis jacks for trucks, buses and agriculture
The hydraulic floor jacks range by construction, capacity and the buyers each type suits.
| Type | Capacity | What is different | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard floor jack | 2–4 T | Steel frame, single pump, swivel saddle, steel casters | Distributors, retail, general workshops |
| Low-profile floor jack | 2–3 T | Very low collapsed height, long chassis, dual pump | Sports cars, tuning shops, tyre chains |
| Aluminium racing jack | 1.5–3 T | Aluminium frame and arm, far lighter than steel, dual pump | Motorsport, mobile tyre service, premium retail |
| Long-chassis floor jack | 5–20 T | Long frame, large saddle, high lift for trucks and buses | Truck workshops, fleets, agriculture |
| Air hydraulic floor jack | 50/25 & 80/40 T | Two-stage air-over-hydraulic ram, runs on shop air | Truck tyre shops, mining fleets |
Heights in millimetres and inches. Full variant tables (colour series, blow case, 20' loading) are on each model page.
Each sub-range has its own model list, FAQ and quote form.
Low-profile floor jacks start under the sills of lowered cars and sports models where a standard trolley jack will not fit. Our 2 and 3 ton low-profile models combine a long reach chassis with dual-pump rapid lift, and are the top request from tyre chains, tuning shops and online retailers.
See modelsAluminium racing jacks weigh far less than a steel jack of the same capacity (net weights are in the model tables), which is why mobile tyre fitters, motorsport teams and premium retailers ask for them. Frames and arms are aluminium alloy with a steel hydraulic unit; dual-pump hydraulics and a low-profile saddle come as standard.
See modelsLong-chassis floor jacks reach the lifting points of trucks, buses and tractors and lift them high enough for wheel changes. The 5–20 ton range uses a long welded frame, a large saddle and a long handle for leverage, and is the standard trolley jack in truck workshops and fleet depots.
See modelsAir hydraulic floor jacks connect to shop air and lift a truck axle without pumping. The 50/25 and 80/40 ton models have a two-stage ram: the first stage takes the full rating, the second extends further at half the rating. They are built for truck tyre shops, bus depots and mining fleets that lift heavy axles all day.

The details importers check first when they sample hydraulic floor jacks.
A pressure-limiting valve prevents lifting beyond rated load and a bypass protects the ram at full extension – the two protections EN 1494 and ASME PASE inspectors look for.
Two pump pistons raise the saddle to the vehicle in a few strokes, then switch to the high-pressure piston under load. Fewer pumps per lift is the feature workshop buyers notice first.
Frames are welded from thick steel plate with a boxed lift arm – minimal flex under a 3 ton load and a longer service life in busy shops.
Large-diameter swivel saddles with serrations or a removable rubber pad protect sills and pinch welds; extension adapters for SUVs are available.
Two fixed steel wheels and two swivel casters as standard; polyurethane-coated casters for showroom and epoxy floors on request.
Red, blue, black and yellow are stock; any RAL colour on our own coating line for private-label programmes. Foam handle grips and printed saddle pads carry your logo.
The questions our sales engineers ask before they quote.
2 ton is the price-point seller for cars; 2.5–3 ton is the workshop standard covering SUVs and light trucks and the biggest B2B volume in the US, UK and Australia; 4 ton and above serve vans and pickups. Most distributors stock 2, 3 and 4 ton in one colour family.
Lowered cars and many modern sports models need a saddle that starts very low; standard jacks with a higher minimum height cost less and often lift higher. The minimum and maximum saddle heights are listed for every model – tell us the customer base and we will suggest the split.
Dual pump saves time on every lift and is the selling feature of premium lines. For price-driven retail the single-pump version keeps the landed cost down; both share the same chassis so mixed containers are easy.
Steel is the value choice for garages. Aluminium halves the weight for mobile tyre fitters and motorsport, at a higher unit price. Hybrid frames (aluminium chassis, steel arm) sit in between.
EU and UK dealers want CE (EN 1494) and increasingly GS; North American buyers expect ASME PASE-style manuals and labels; Australia follows AS/NZS 2615-style labelling. We build and label per destination.
Mixed containers across tonnages, brown-box or retail packaging, repeat orders on a schedule.
Your colour, logo, manual and colour box. We have produced for US and German brands since the 1990s.
Garage, tyre-shop and fleet-maintenance customers who need GS/CE documentation and spare-part support.
Welded, heavy-duty variants that survive being thrown in a van every day.
Toe jacks, screw jacks and 50–200 ton bottle jacks for machinery moving, track work and construction.
Factory, not trading company: we machine, assemble, coat, test and pack every jack in our own plant in Haiyan.
Every option below is produced in-house. Minimums are per model unless stated; artwork approval and a pre-production sample come before mass production.
Tested before it ships – inspection points from incoming steel to the packed carton.
A test report accompanies each shipment on request. Certificate PDFs and covered-model lists are on the certifications page; the full test routine is described under quality control.

10 pcs per model in a stock colour. Custom colours and colour boxes start at 500 pcs. Floor jacks are usually shipped together with jack stands and bottle jacks in a mixed 40'HQ.
Nothing mechanically – 'trolley jack' is the term used in the UK, Ireland, Australia and South Africa, 'floor jack' or 'garage jack' in North America. We label and write manuals in the terminology of your market.
Yes – 2 and 3 ton low-profile models with a long chassis and dual pump, designed for lowered vehicles and sports cars. See the low-profile floor jack page for the model list.
Yes. We powder-coat in-house so any RAL colour is possible from 500 pcs per model. Logos go on the frame by silk-screen or label, and on the handle foam and saddle pad.
Lead time is from 1 day for stock colours; a first OEM order adds 7–10 days for artwork approval and pre-production samples.
The range is CE marked to EN 1494. GS-certified versions of selected models are available for the German market – ask for the current certificate list.
Seal kits, pump assemblies, release valves and casters are stocked for every model, so your customers can service jacks locally under the 36-month warranty.
