Transmission Jacks by type
Each sub-range has its own model list, FAQ and quote form.
Telescopic Transmission Jacks
Telescopic transmission jacks stand under a vehicle raised on a two- or four-post lift. A two-stage ram gives the height needed to reach the gearbox, a foot pump keeps both hands free, and the saddle tilts in two axes to align the input shaft.

Low-profile transmission jacks roll under a vehicle on stands or over a pit. The long chassis and low saddle reach the gearbox from the side, and the saddle tilts to align the unit during removal and refitting.

What buyers inspect
The details importers check first when they sample transmission jacks.
-
Safety overload valve on every unit
A factory-set bypass valve stops the ram when the rated load is exceeded – fewer warranty claims and no bent rams in the field.
-
Heavy-gauge base and cylinder
Bases are stamped from thick steel plate and cylinders are precision-honed, so seals last longer and oil stays where it belongs.
-
Chrome-plated ram and pump piston
Hard chrome resists rust and scoring in humid warehouses and workshops, keeping the lift smooth for years, not months.
-
Serrated saddle
Cross-hatched saddles grip the lifting point instead of sliding on greasy chassis rails – the first thing inspectors check.
-
Electrostatic powder coating in-house
Our own powder-coating line gives consistent colour batch after batch, and lets you order your brand colour without paying for outside finishing.
-
Clear rating labels in your language
Capacity, warnings and your logo are printed to your artwork – GS/CE or ASME PASE style label layouts available.
How to choose transmission jacks for your market
The questions our sales engineers ask before they quote.
-
Lift height versus the lift in the shop
Telescopic jacks reach the gearbox of a vehicle raised on a lift; low-profile jacks work with the vehicle on stands or over a pit. Minimum and maximum saddle heights are in each model table.
-
Capacity by transmission weight
0.5 ton covers passenger-car manual gearboxes; 1 ton most automatic transmissions and transfer cases; 1.5 ton light-truck and van units.
-
Saddle tilt and adapters
Two-axis tilt with screw adjusters lets the operator align the input shaft. Adapter kits and safety straps are the accessories your customers will ask for – bundle them.
-
Foot pump or hand pump
Telescopic jacks use a foot pump so both hands stay on the gearbox; low-profile floor jacks use a hand pump.
