Hydraulic Toe Jack Manufacturer 2.5–25 Ton
JackMaker manufactures hydraulic toe jacks from 2.5 to 25 tons for industrial-supply distributors, machinery movers, rail contractors and construction-equipment dealers. A low claw (toe) slides under machines, containers and rail with only a few centimetres of clearance, and the top head gives a second lifting position at higher capacity. Built and tested in our own factory in China, CE marked.

Types and who they are for
The toe jacks range by construction, capacity and the buyers each type suits.
| Type | Capacity | What is different | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toe jack, standard | 2.5–10 T | Low claw, head position at higher rating | Machinery moving, HVAC, containers |
| Toe jack, heavy | 16–25 T | Larger claw, reinforced body, wheels on some models | Rail, steel, construction |
What buyers inspect
The details importers check first when they sample toe jacks.
-
Safety overload valve on every unit
A factory-set bypass valve stops the ram when the rated load is exceeded – fewer warranty claims and no bent rams in the field.
-
Heavy-gauge base and cylinder
Bases are stamped from thick steel plate and cylinders are precision-honed, so seals last longer and oil stays where it belongs.
-
Chrome-plated ram and pump piston
Hard chrome resists rust and scoring in humid warehouses and workshops, keeping the lift smooth for years, not months.
-
Serrated saddle
Cross-hatched saddles grip the lifting point instead of sliding on greasy chassis rails – the first thing inspectors check.
-
Electrostatic powder coating in-house
Our own powder-coating line gives consistent colour batch after batch, and lets you order your brand colour without paying for outside finishing.
-
Clear rating labels in your language
Capacity, warnings and your logo are printed to your artwork – GS/CE or ASME PASE style label layouts available.
How to choose hydraulic toe jacks for your market
The questions our sales engineers ask before they quote.
-
Toe rating versus head rating
The claw is rated lower than the head; specify by the toe rating if the load will be lifted on the claw. Both figures are in each model table.
-
Claw minimum height
The lower the claw, the more machines it fits under. Compare the claw minimum height in the table against the clearance under your customers' equipment.
-
Machinery moving, rail or construction
Machinery movers buy 5–10 ton; rail contractors 10–20 ton; heavy construction and steel 20–25 ton, often in pairs.
