MOQ and mixed containers
What is the MOQ?
10 pcs per model in a stock colour. Custom colours and colour boxes start at 500 pcs per model.
Can we mix models in one container?
Yes. Most distributors combine bottle jacks, floor jacks and jack stands in a 20' or 40'HQ. We send a loading plan with the quote.
Can I order less than a full container?
Yes. The MOQ is 10 pcs per model and models can be mixed in one order; we quote a full container or a smaller shipment to match your quantities.
Samples
Do you send samples?
Yes. Stock models ship in 7–10 days by courier. Sample fee refunded against the first bulk order.
Who pays sample freight?
The buyer pays courier on the first sample. Repeat samples for a running programme are discussed case by case.
Lead time
What is the lead time?
Lead time is from 1 day. We confirm the shipping date for your quantity with the quote; a first OEM order adds 7–10 days for artwork approval and a pre-production sample.
Do you keep stock?
Fast-moving 2–20 ton bottle jacks and 2–3 ton floor jacks are built in batches. Confirm available stock when you enquire — the stock list is not published.
Payment and Incoterms
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
FOB which port?
Standard quotes are FOB Shanghai / Ningbo. CIF and DDP are available on request.
Certification
Which jacks are GS certified?
TÜV Rheinland GS covers the vertical hydraulic jack range. We send the certificate and covered-model list with the quote.
Do you make an ASME PASE version?
Yes — labelling and manuals in ASME PASE style for North American buyers, on request.
OEM
What can we customise?
Colour, logo, manual language, rating labels, brown box, colour box, blow-moulded case, and GS/CE/ASME-style versions.
Is there a mould fee?
Colour-box plates and blow-case inserts are charged at cost on the first order of that artwork.
Warranty
What warranty do you give?
36 months against manufacturing defects. Seal kits are stocked for catalogue models.
