Ratchet Jack Stands
Ratchet jack stands adjust height in seconds: lift the saddle post and the pawl locks into the next tooth. They are the volume seller in retail and general workshops and are available from 2 to 12 tons, in pairs, with your colour and box artwork.

Rated per stand, tested per batch
Capacity on the label is per stand, not per pair, and stands are load-tested to the rated capacity in every production batch – the point EN 1494 and ASME PASE inspectors check first.

Full welds on every leg
Legs are fully welded to the base and the post housing, not tack-welded. Weld quality is visible on the stand and is what buyers photograph at inspection.

Positive-locking ratchet pawl
The pawl engages fully into each tooth and cannot walk out under vibration; a locking pin version is available where safety rules require it.

A serrated saddle grips the frame or axle and a wide base keeps the stand stable on uneven floors.

Capacity per stand or per pair
We rate per stand. When comparing suppliers make sure the figure is not a pair rating – a '6 ton pair' may be two 3 ton stands. Your label copy will state the rating clearly.

Height range versus lift height
The stand's minimum height must be lower than the jack's lift at the support point, and the maximum should exceed a comfortable working height. Match stands to the floor jacks you sell: 2–3 ton stands with 2–3 ton floor jacks, 6 ton stands with SUV and van jacks, 12 ton with truck jacks.

Ratchet or pin type
Ratchet stands adjust faster and dominate retail. Pin-type stands are specified by many fleet safety policies and in mining because the pin is a positive lock that can be inspected at a glance.

What is the MOQ for jack stands?
10 pairs per model in a stock colour; custom colours and colour boxes from 500 pairs. Stands are usually shipped in the same container as floor jacks and bottle jacks.
Are your jack stands sold in pairs?
Yes – one pair per colour box or brown box. Single-stand packaging is possible for e-commerce on request.
Which jack stands are GS certified?
GS-certified versions of selected ratchet models are available for the German market; ask for the current certificate and covered-model list.
Is the capacity per stand or per pair?
Per stand. A 3 ton stand supports 3 tons on its own; a pair supports a vehicle up to twice that at the two support points.
